Do you like special experiences? Then of course you sleep in a petite bridge hotel from SWEETS. This ‘urban space project’ manages 28 ‘bridge hotels’ in Amsterdam, where a maximum of two guests can stay. In other words, one hotel is spread over 28 locations. These former bridge houses of bridge keepers vary in construction period from 1673 to 2009. Each bridge hotel is therefore different and unique but equipped with all conveniences. There are three in Amsterdam North. The Meeuwenplein bridge from the 1960s, is located at a busy junction, the quiet Buiksloterdraaibrug, and the Gerben Wagenaarbrug. Which bridge would you choose?
