Once there were banking operations, but you will find nothing of that in Café Modern. However, the stately has remained a bit in this restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam-Noord: it is spacious, high, light, and sunny. It offers meaningful menus and special dishes. And you certainly don’t go out at Café Modern without tasting that delicious sourdough bread from their own bakery (or you take it with you for later on).
